    For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 1 - 2 weeks. If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks, please contact us and we will make sure you're enjoying your product in no time!

    Average delivery time for international orders is 2 - 4 weeks. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer. If its been more than 4 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

    If your eligible to have refund then it will take around 30 days to get your refund.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
